Open Surgery or Traqditional Surgery is done through a large incision in the abdominal wall, using traditional surgical instruments. In heavy patients, these large incisions are at risk of infection and hernia formation. Open Surgery Surgery also takes longer to recover from then the new surgeries done laparoscopically or videoscopically.
