Index | Registered Dietitian Registered Dietitian (R.D.) A healthcare professional who is certified and studies food and nutrition. Registered Dietitian is a person who has studied diet and nutrition at an American Dietetic Association (ADA) approved college program and passed an exam to become a registered dietitian. Most bariatric patients will have access with a Registered Dietitian for the first year post operatively. |
